A job loss insurance scheme was introduced for employees in the United Arab Emirates, with the help of which if an employee loses his job, he will be given financial help. Now employees can easily start getting cash compensation with the help of Involuntary Loss of Employment Scheme (ILOE) – iloe.ae.

Compensation will be given only after fulfilling the conditions

Employees have to fulfill the necessary conditions to receive compensation. For example, they have to invest in this scheme for 12 months continuously. Apart from this, if they fulfill all the other conditions, then they can claim for insurance within 30 days of job termination.

Employees can easily claim insurance after job termination by logging into their ILOE account. Then they have to fill the claim submission form. Then the contract termination details have to be filled. Then after choosing the payment mode, the claim has to be submitted.
