Dh10 million fine imposed on private company for violating Emiratisation rules – GulfHindi.com

In the United Arab Emirates, companies are required to follow the Emiratisation rules. If anyone does not follow these rules, strict legal action will be taken against him. On Monday, officials informed that all private institutions will have to follow this rule.

Penalty imposed on company

Officials have said that a private company has been fined Dh10 million for violating the rules. Abu Dhabi Misdemeanour Court has found the company guilty in its investigation. The company had given jobs to 113 citizens only on paper.

The investigation revealed that the company issued work permits and gave jobs to the workers only on paper instead of actually giving them jobs. Apart from this, the company also misused the Nafis programme. It has been made mandatory for all companies to follow the Emiratisation rules so that the balance is maintained.
