A new service has been launched for the convenience of pilgrims in Saudi Arabia. The Ministry of Health has informed that the Smart Robot service has been launched in the Medina area on Saturday. This service has been started in the central area near the Prophet’s Mosque.
With its help, directions can be given to pilgrims in different languages. Actually, there are many pilgrims who face problems during the journey due to lack of knowledge of other languages. This decision has been taken to overcome the problems of these pilgrims.
Service will be provided in 96 different languages across the world
With its help, pilgrims will be given all kinds of information including directions and health guidelines. Smart robot service will be made available to pilgrims in 96 languages so that they do not face any problem in communication. Along with this, volunteers have also been appointed so that pilgrims can get the right information.
