The ‘Instant Video Call’ option is now available on Mohre’s smart application. This service will enable both employees and employers to inquire about the ministry’s services and receive necessary assistance. These services are also available through the ministry’s WhatsApp hotline 600590000.
Purpose of the service
Hussain Al Alili, Director of the Customer Relations Department, said: “The new service aims to meet the needs of all customers, provide them with help and support, and respond promptly.” He said it aims to provide reliable answers to residents’ inquiries and promote compliance with labour market regulations.
How the service will operate
The video call service will be available during Mohre’s official working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7.30 am to 3 pm
- Friday: 7.30 am to 12 noon
Customers can contact the Ministry’s call centre at 600590000 any time throughout the week.

To use the video call service, download Mohre’s smart app. On the first screen, tap the ‘Support’ button at the bottom. You will then see a list of customer service options, with the last option being ‘Video Call’.
