In the United Arab Emirates, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched an investigation campaign against illegal passenger transport, with the help of which the accused are being arrested. Through this campaign, legal action is being taken against all those private vehicles with the help of which passengers are being transported.

It has been clearly stated by the authorities that legal action will be taken against the accused who transport passengers illegally. They will be fined Dh30,000 to Dh50,000. This investigation has been started against the accused who are working in transport without license.

It is said that the investigating officers have seized 90 vehicles at Dubai Airports terminals 1, 2 and 3. 49 vehicles have also been seized in the Jebel Ali area. Illegal taxi operators provide rides at low prices, so passengers prefer to travel by them.
