He had demanded a total of 23,590 dirhams from the company, which included annual leave allowance, notice period charges, service termination gratuity and pending salary.

The company’s lawyer told the court that the employee had left the job voluntarily and had received all the salaries. He also claimed that the employee should not be given travel ticket allowance.

After hearing both the parties, the court found that the employee had not received salary for the last three months. The court ordered the company to pay 14,453 dirhams to the employee. This also includes the cost of the case.
