Hamas said in its statement that Israel’s claims of using the school as a Hamas command center were “a pretext to target civilians, schools, hospitals and refugee tents.”

Hamas said: ‘We call on our Arab and Islamic countries to fulfill their responsibilities and take immediate action to stop these massacres and the increasing Sahrawi attacks against our people and helpless civilians.’

On the other hand, Al Fatah, which rules the West Bank part of Palestine, has said that this attack was a ‘disgusting bloody massacre’ which reflects the ‘peak of terrorism and crime’. Fatah has said that this massacre shows that this attack is another testimony that Israel is following the policy of mass genocide.

Ali Shamkhani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, said that the aim of the Israeli government was to thwart the ceasefire and continue the war. At the same time, the Jordanian Foreign Ministry said, ‘We strongly condemn the bombing by Israel on Al-Tabin School, which houses displaced people in the Daraz area of the Gaza Strip.’
