An update has been issued for people learning driving in the United Arab Emirates. Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has informed that if a person is learning driving and during this time he commits any kind of traffic violation or an accident occurs, then he will not be held responsible for it.
Let us tell you that this will happen because the entire responsibility of the driver learning driving will be on his instructor. Since the driver is currently learning driving, it is likely that he may make some kind of mistake.
The instructor will have to pay the fine
It has been advised by the officials that the fine will also have to be paid by the instructor.
