Licenses of 4 tour operators cancelled for cheating pilgrims, 19 fined – GulfHindi.com

Legal action is being taken against tour operators in the United Arab Emirates who carry out the Hajj process illegally. On Tuesday, officials said 19 establishments were accused of violating rules and the licenses of about four operators in the UAE have been revoked by the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat.

The committee had decided the rules

It is reported that the Licensing Committee of the Ministry had filed a complaint based on the complaints of pilgrims. Information is received about many such Haj operators who do not work as per the contract. It is necessary for the Haj operator to follow whatever is written in the contract.

Breach of contract will be costly

It is clearly stated that if any high operator does not work according to the contract made with the pilgrims, then legal action will definitely be taken against him. The license of the accused company will be cancelled or a heavy fine will be imposed on it.
