New guidelines issued for Haj pilgrims

A new update has been issued for every pilgrim in the United Arab Emirates, which states that they should follow the rules related to vaccination properly. Pilgrims have been advised that they must take all the necessary vaccines about 15 days before going to Saudi.

Let us tell you that earlier this time period was fixed at 10 days but now it has been increased to 15 days.

Vaccine should be registered on the card

It has been advised by the officials that pilgrims should ensure that their vaccination is registered on the International Vaccination Card. It has been said that this card should be registered with a recognized health institution. Apart from the flu vaccine, pilgrims who are 65 years of age or above have also been advised to take the Pneumococcal vaccine. It is important to follow all precautionary rules during the journey.
