366 foreigners arrested while trying to enter UAE with fake passports, turned out to be fake during verification

Traveling with a fake passport can be costly

Legal action is being taken against those accused of travelling with fake passports in the United Arab Emirates. During a search operation between January and March at Dubai International Airport (DXB), several accused have been arrested and fake passports have been recovered from them.

On Monday, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) informed that between January and March, 366 accused were arrested who were trying to travel with fake passports.

Many cases have come to the fore

Many such cases come to light in which the accused try to enter using fake passports. All kinds of new technologies are used at the airport with the help of which the accused are arrested immediately. The accused caught with a fake passport is sent to the Document Examination Centre for verification.
