Told the administration- game zones are running without permission, this came to light after 28 deaths

While hearing the Rajkot TRP game zone accident, the Gujarat High Court reprimanded the Rajkot Municipal Corporation administration. The court said – After the death of 28 people including children, you are now realizing that two gaming zones are operating in the city without permission. Have you become blind, or are you sleeping?
The gaming center in Rajkot was built in unauthorized premises and there was no fire safety NOC and all this was going on for the last four years. Now we have no faith in the city administration and the Gujarat government at all. The court said – This tragedy is an eye-opener, the saddest thing is that innocent children have also died in it.

On May 26, the Gujarat High Court started hearing the Rajkot TRP game zone incident by taking action. The High Court also heard the case on Sunday. A bench of special judges Biren Vaishnav and Deven Desai was sitting. High Court Advocates Association President Brijesh Trivedi and advocate Amit Panchal presented arguments. The High Court ordered to present arguments on the rules of game zones in Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara and Rajkot. The Rajkot Police Commissioner told the court that no permission was given to the TRP game zone. The court has asked the police and the municipal corporation to submit an affidavit by June 3. The hearing of this case will begin from June 6.
