New truck ban timing announced
New truck ban timings have been announced by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday. It has been informed that changes have been announced in the truck ban timings on a section of Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road.
Let us inform you that movement of heavy vehicles will not be allowed on Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road between Ras Al Khor St and Sharjah during selected times.
From when to when will the movement of heavy vehicles not be allowed?
It has been informed that there will be a ban on the movement of heavy vehicles on these routes from 6.30am to 8.30am, 1pm to 3pm and 5.30pm to 8pm. This restriction will apply on both sides of the road. During this time, truck drivers should use another route. All drivers should follow traffic rules properly.
